Our Motel Room

October 21, 2011 § Leave a comment

We bought our Casita travel trailer in March of 2004 to be our take along motel room. It has served well in that capacity at campgrounds as well as parked at shows within walking distance of our art booth. Now that we are retired, it is serving us well in national forests where we can camp at 50% off the base camping fee. That is because we are old folks.

We are going to keep our motel room parked in Central Tennessee a little longer to allow more fall color to develop.

Before we got the Casita, we stayed in actual motel rooms and learned to hate them. We drove a small station wagon with a cargo trailer then.
