D&W Lake RV Park Champaign IL

We arrived here July 6 and departed October 16. We seldom stay in one place longer than two weeks so this was a very different experience. Wal-Mart and other stores were only 3 miles away so we easily got our regular fix.
We were not able to make many side trips because of medical appointments, procedures, and recovery periods. When the weather began change, we decided to change the next appointment to a suggested retinal specialist in Macon, GA.
Peg was diagnosed with skin cancer and could not schedule with a plastic surgeon within a reasonable time so we scheduled the operation with a dermatological surgeon in Macon, GA. The Champaign Doctor sent all of the info there and everything went well. The wound should close up completely in 4 to 5 weeks.
We enjoyed our stay at D&W with full hookups and nice weather. We used the laundry room regularly.
D&W Lake is in the middle of corn fields and bean fields. This year was heavy on bean fields.
Sometimes naps generate magical miracles of light.
